Planned work (a water heater replacement, a new A/C, a tune-up) is booked by appointment in every county. The farther you are from our base, the more it helps to book ahead.
Emergencies are different. Our line is answered 24/7 for all 13 counties, and we'll talk you through shutting off water or power right away. How fast we can arrive depends on distance, traffic, and where the crew is when you call.

Water, permits, and housing change by county
Tampa Bay Water supplies wholesale drinking water to more than 2.6 million people through the local governments it serves, but not everyone gets the same water. The City of Tampa treats Hillsborough River water, and Manatee County blends reservoir and well water. Each county and many cities also run their own building departments.
