The Ground UpContracting

Accessibility statement

Updated

The Ground Up Contracting LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or voice control. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we've done

  • Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG contrast minimums (4.5:1 for normal text).
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, has a "skip to main content" link, and shows a visible focus outline.
  • Forms have visible labels, say which fields are required, and announce errors to screen readers.
  • The site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Our phone number, licenses, and service details are plain text, not images.
  • Tap targets are sized for fingers, and pages work at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.

Known issues

Photos on this site are still placeholders while we gather real job photos. When real photos go up, each will have a text description where it adds information.
