Privacy policy
Updated
This policy explains what information The Ground Up Contracting LLC ("Ground Up", "we") collects through callgroundup.com and how we use it. Short version: we collect what you send us so we can respond to your request, we don't sell it, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our quote or contact form, we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, address or ZIP code, the service you need, your message, preferred contact method and time, any photos you attach, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Calls, texts, and emails. If you contact us directly, we keep the details needed to respond and do the work.
- Basic site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- Security logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block abuse. For spam protection, our form handling may store a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule and perform work, and send estimates and invoices.
- To text you about your request, only if you checked the SMS consent box or texted us first. See our SMS terms.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle your request, for example web hosting, secure form storage, and email or text delivery. They process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business, tax, and licensing record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
- Email hello@callgroundup.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
