These terms cover text messages from The Ground Up Contracting LLC ("Ground Up").
What you're agreeing to
If you check the SMS consent box on our website, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Ground Up at the number you gave us about your service request, for example scheduling, arrival updates, estimates, follow-up questions, and job follow-up.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can get service from us without agreeing to texts. Just call or email instead.
- Message frequency varies depending on your request.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any message from us. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.

Your privacy
